Hello there! My name is Vy Le, and I am a passionate UX designer with a strong background in web design. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from CSU Monterey Bay, and I am proud to have earned a UX certificate from Flatiron School, where I also had the privilege of working as a UX designer.

I bring a unique advantage to my work with my dual expertise in UX and web design. This combination allows me to seamlessly integrate visual and interactive elements into the overall design, resulting in cohesive and engaging digital experiences that captivate users from the moment they land on a website or web app.

Throughout my 4+ year journey as a freelancer and product designer, I have collaborated with numerous ecommerce companies, empowering them to elevate their web experiences. I achieved this by redesigning pages, enhancing user interfaces, and optimizing mobile-friendliness and page load speed.

One of the highlights of my career was the incredible opportunity to work with T-Mobile, a prestigious Top 500 Fortune company. In this role, I closely collaborated with stakeholders to craft seamless user experiences for their website and app, making a meaningful impact on their digital presence.

My design approach is rooted in active listening, open communication, and a deep understanding of user needs. By aligning my designs with both business objectives and user preferences, I ensure that the end product exceeds expectations and delivers delightful experiences.
